Stress’s domino effect

Today, and well every day for the past 2 years I’ve been observing the effects of stress on a human. It’s a very interesting topic. And intriguing to see humans lose control of their consideration and mind/kindness whilst stressed.

The way stress affects you and everyone around you is immaculate.

It is with great force, that it comes, drives into our minds, and eats up our spirit, then your heart, and if you don’t stop it early, you leave this world painted black with the effects stress has had on your soul.

It might just be the greatest challenge for us.

But let me tell you this,

When you’re stressed, if you can just stop yourself from projecting your stress onto another thing, you’ve basically already won.

Stress is inevitable, but it is how we deal with them that makes or breaks us.

If you choose to solve it internally and personally. You’re ahead of the game.

Think of it like this:

Say a person is in a room filled with their close ones painting. and they’re holding a pretty big paintbrush. Say some accident happens, and the painter gets extremely triggered, and turns into their child self, now if that child version of them isn’t healed, they get all angry and start swinging the brush around in their hand, angrily pointing at everyone else in the room and jumping and crying; fully throwing a tantrum, what happens to the paint on the brush?

It gets splattered, everywhere, on the people we care about, on their clothes, faces; on the walls, carpet, and everything we have. Now you walk around unable to wash off the paint on your clothes and then later on when you go somewhere, people will look at you differently, and perhaps even ask you what happened to your clothes or face. Then you’ll explain - and whilst remembering, if unhealed, you will again- start to get upset and start filling the room with all the negativity that comes out from your anger. And now other people, who had nothing to do with it, are all seeing and hearing these negative words, tone, and energy. Their impression of you will most definitely change. And if there were any unconscious people nearby, their brains are now filled with negativity, and they will go on about their day, speaking from their most recent vocabulary because they’re just a person… And now, we'd have negativity spreading like contagious flu.

Do you see how stress really affects us?

Us as in one big society of humans.

My best advise to you is as I said in the beginning, refrain from projecting your stress out to beings, digest it inside yourself, and then react as YOU; not as the stress in human form. How would you, a conscious adult share this stress with others? If you had to share of course. Without inking your own reputation, and without hurting others who may not be as conscious as you are?

The next time you’re stressed, remember me.

Remember I asked you to try this one thing.

Don’t spread your stress, digest it, and see how else it could be shared -if sharing is necessary.
