Accepting your flaw
Accepting your flaw, and acknowledging them is the hardest part of self growth. If you are there, if you are ready and if you believe you are ready to face your own vulnerabilities, your flaws, and everything - you are 70% there.
When i say flaws, i'm talking about something that you yourself, and only yourself think of a trait that needs improvement. This is important, it has to be something that you and only you have come to decide that it is something that needs to be fixed. (Without a positive or a negative connotation applied to the word 'flaw', or 'fix')
Without the influence of society, without the influence of friends, you need to decide according to your thinking that it is something you want to change.
When you want to make a change to yourself, the biggest part is catching yourself in the act. Catching yourself committing the crime.
This then helps you acknowledge, and surpass your defense mechanism, which will lead to an easier time making the change, and holding yourself accountable to do so.
