Have you ever noticed that when you take a picture, you point the lens of the camera to what you want to see within the frame? You can do the same with your eyes, in your life. Many of us live our lives on autopilot mode, not being aware of the things we see, the environment we place ourselves in, and our surroundings. We forget that we are in control of all those things.

I know what you might be thinking, "My workplace is not within my control." Well, technically it is. Even if you have no options, try to change the filter through which you see things. Try to incorporate more positivity in your approach to things. When you look within the frame, try to see more good than bad, and force yourself to do so.

Learn to observe with your third eye, which I will explain more in a separate post. You know when you zoom out to the "memory" or "view" of you taking the picture? Try doing that daily. Observe yourself in the moment, zoom out of your own body, and visualize yourself as a shadow flying over your own body. See how you behave, how you can change things you do, how you can change what's in your view, and what you could do differently or better. In this way, you'll learn to be your own judge, and you'll shape yourself to be a human you can respect.

As I've mentioned in a previous post, change happens when you catch yourself in the act and fix it as soon as you can. You don't have to live on autopilot mode. You can control every action, every word, every exchange, and everything in your life. Realize the value of this, and you'll become unstoppable.
