Sometimes life plays out in a way that if you hadn’t spoken your truth in a given moment, you’ll be called a liar later.

Even if you didn’t lie.

How do we deal with this?

How do we deal with the feeling of needing to prove your innocence?

The answer is, we don’t.

The right one with a soft spot for you would have given you a chance to speak your truth, and find the clues that help you anyway.

If they are already against you, just don’t say anything. No matter if you’re in the right, just don’t say much and move on.

Stay calm, even if it bothers you, just learn to detach, and keep your calm and let go.

It is a shame that some can’t see the truth, but as long as you know it yourself, and God knows it, do you really need anyone else to be convinced?

Perhaps life will happen in a way to them that will convince them later. They might see the truth in everything with clarity over the years. But don’t burn yourself for those years. Just know that clarity will come. And as long as you were a good person, no matter what they say about you, matters no more.
