24 hour mindfulness
24-hour mindfulness may seem challenging at times. But really it is a matter of your will.
You can strengthen it or weaken it through practice. Of course, as the old saying goes, your habits manifest your reality. That doesn't mean your habits magically draw things towards you, but your habits become who you are.
Being mindful of the things you say to yourself, to others, and to the general when speaking, how you carry yourself, is really all about acknowledging how people will view you, but instead of letting that oppress you into becoming a smaller version of yourself, let it help you grow, into an amazing, and confident person. Speak things that spur growth in you. And onto others.
There is a saying - that God uses each of us to help us. We humans are meant to come together, whether it be on one big ship, or on a planet, we are meant to come together to work together, to grow together. We witness what it can do to humanity when separation and isolation occur. Separation is not meant for us. Hence being born into families. Having unbreakable bonds is the most rewarding feeling of our life. Love is the purest concept of a wholesome life.
See being mindful doesn't just mean being aware of your surroundings. It means being mindful of all these things that affect and shape life. Only then, can we carry ourselves to the highest level.
Helping each other is the main goal. Then comes yourself. Because as I've realized, helping another means you receive help too. And you won't have to ask for it. It'll be like some good karma coming back. And honestly, in all the ways I've lived, this is my favorite.
Whenever I am seeking help rather than demolishing, I get good help, I receive the other end of the good.
So- my friends, be mindful because it will help you more than you think, and more than I can ever explain.
